Processing Time:

• All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after purchase. Custom or made-to-order pieces may take additional time.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery:

• We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Shipping rates are calculated based on your location and chosen method.

• Estimated delivery times for standard shipping are 5-7 business days within Canada, and 7-14 business days for US orders.

 

Order Tracking:

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor its journey.

 

International Shipping:

• Currently we only ship within Canada and the US.

 

Delays:

 

• Shipping delays can occur due to factors beyond our control, such as holidays, weather, or customs. We will do our best to keep you informed if any delays arise.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages:

• Once your package leaves our hands, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. However, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier if necessary.
