At Lulu & Hew, we want you to love your jewelry. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below:

Eligibility for Returns:

  • All earrings are final sales.

  • We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date for most items, provided they are unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

 

Return Process:

  1. To initiate a return, please contact us at luluandhew@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to ship the item back to us.

  3. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return, as we are not responsible for lost packages.

 

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom-made, engraved, or personalized pieces.

  • Gift cards and final sale items.

 

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If your jewellery arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
